Meet the Therapists:
Sheryl Cohen, Ph.D.
Sheryl is a licensed psychologist who received her academic training on both coasts, graduating from Ohio University with her doctorate in 1983. She brings an incisive clarity to clients' difficulties that invites new more enlivening perspectives. Her evolving understanding of being vulnerable is appreciated by her clients, colleagues, and friends alike. Sheryl's interests range from couples work, trauma, and emotional aspects of physical illness. She is director of the Southern Ohio Family Institute and teaches other therapists.

Allison Gajramsingh, M.A., PCC
Allison is a Professional Clinical Counselor and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the George Washington University. During her professional training, Allison participated in an internship at the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family, and was trained in a family systems approach. Her interests include couples and marital therapy, working with adults coping with anxiety, depression, and trauma, and teaching parenting techniques.

Victoria Wilson, MS, CCE
Victoria is an experienced mind/body/spirit educator. She has spent the last 23 years creating and facilitating classes, Soul Quest trips, and intensives that instruct individuals in soul connection and self-empowerment form the heart of compassion. She has traveled extensively in search of sacred sites and has led groups to Peru, France, Italy, and Brazil, as well as to the American Southwest. Victoria has a Master's of Science in Metaphysical Philosophy from the American Institute of Holistic Theology. She currently is adjunct faculty with the Integral Institute in Boulder, Colorado, and is on the founding integral coaching/mentoring team.

Mike Lacinak, MSW, LISW
Mike is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and a graduate of the University of Toronto and the University of Kentucky. He trained in family therapy at the Southern Ohio Family Institute. Mike enjoys teaching people to create richer lives by deepening and strengthening their relationships. He effectively works with couples, as well as youngsters and parents. He collaborates with them to stop their painful patterns and move forward. His love of this work provides a context that produces results. After working with him, clients often say they feel better and are getting more of what they want from their lives.

Sheila Lee, BS, CSCS
Sheila works with a wide range of adults varying in ages, activity levels, and orthopedic and muscular issues. Her clients include those recovering from injury and surgery, as well as high school, college and professional athletes. A graduate of Exercise Science from Indiana State University, she has worked in hospitals, fitness centers, personal training, and group fitness programs, and is certified as a NCSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Lynda Zelinskas, LPCC
Lynda has over 15 years of therapy experience, knowledge of the Enneagram personality system, and post-graduate training in family therapy. She provides a safe and supportive 'holding environment' where one can unravel a problem and work through a difficult transition in life. Therapy can be a journey that considers alternative perspectives and assists in finding a better place that reflects a more satisfying life within oneself and within relationships.
